Der erster WHO-Gipfel für komplementäre und alternative Medizin fand vom 17.-18. August in Indien statt.

Neue Bewegung für ganzheitliche und sozial gerechte Gesundheitsversorgung für alle nötiger als je!

Zeichnet ev. die globale Petition zum ersten globalen WHO:Gipfel : oder hinterfragt sie bzw. startet eine neue ganzheitlich linke Gesundheitsbewegung!

Die WHO will bis 2025 die alternativen Medizinen “regulieren”, ob das zuviel staatliche Regulation und damit eine Verminderung der bisherigen Versorgung auch durch HPs bringt, bleibt zu beobachten & notfalls zu bestreiten.

knüpft dies einerseits an die Ottawa Charta an, die public health = ausreichende Gesundheitsversorgung für alle als Menschenrecht fordert, andererseits steht zu befürchten, dass es auch wieder um Interessen der Unternehmen an einem Markt beherrschenden Gesundheitssystems bei uns ginge. Dies wird gerade weiter kaputt gespart, während weiter große Profit Interessen darauf gerichtet sind. Während Corona wurde nur Marktkonkurrenz und Einengung betrieben: engagierte Menschen kämpfen weiterhin für ganzheitliche public health für alle! (KI ist extrem CO2 emitierend, es wird weiter als Lösung für alles verkauft z.B.)

Kontexte für eine neue linke Gesundheitsbewegung
Als die vorletzte Pandemie AIDS erkannt wurde, gab es zunächst eine blind-repressive Welle, die die Ängste der Bürger ansprechen und mit Exklusion und Unterdrückung etwas „Heilsames“ bewirken sollte. Bis hin zu Lagerphantasien gegen die „Schwulenseuche“ wurde alles aufgefahren, was reaktionäre Politiker sich als „Sicherheit“ vorstellen. Das erinnerte damals mehr an Angst-Hass-Ideologien aus der totalitären NS-Zeit, als an Demokratie durch Vernunft, Wissenschaft und Kompetenz der Handelnden. Gut dass es damals noch eine linke und antifaschistische Gesundheitsbewegung gab, die gerade die Verbrechen der NS-Medizin im Blick hatte: Zusammen mit der LGBT-Bewegung brachte das mehr Aufklärung und intelligente Maßnahmen.

Gesundheit ist nicht zuerst eine Ware!

Die Welt erlebte daraufhin eine das Herz und den Verstand bewegende demokratische Widerstandsbewegung: Eine aufklärende, smarte und vielfältige soziale Bewegung aus LGBT und -Verbündeten aus Wissenschaft und antifaschistischer Politik bis hinein in die konservativen Kreise wie Rita Süßmut. Die Welt erlebte parallel dazu auch eine global solidarische Bewegung, befeuert von der Bewegung für die Rechte der LGBT, die mit Act Up startete, aber längst nicht aufhörte. Vor allem aber auch eine Bewegung, die es tatsächlich schaffte eine internationale Nord-Süd-Solidarität gegen eine extrem beängstigende und lange Zeit zwingend tödliche Pandemie, aber auch gegen den vorherrschenden kapitalistischen Markt, so weit zu wecken, dass es tatsächlich gelang die Patente für die AIDS-Medikationen aufzuheben. Das Heilende der Bewegungen damals war sozial und politisch gesehen letztendlich, dass überall auf der Erde die Infizierten die Hilfe zum Leben mit der Erkrankung erhalten konnten. Es war eine echt menschliche Haltung, die auch mitwirkte an der Beseitigung der Apartheit in Südafrika. Leider gelang es während der Corona-Pandemie nicht, an diesen Erfolg anzuknüpfen, was dringend nötig gewesen wäre.

Aus dieser Haltung heraus hätte auch während der Corona-Pandemie die Weltgemeinschaft zusammen alles aufbringen können, um die tödliche Pandemie in den Griff zu bekommen anstatt die Zwänge imperialer Machtkämpfe und die Konkurrenz auf dem Pharmamarkt über unsere Menschlichkeit negativ herrschen zu lassen! So wäre es nötig gewesen auf der Grundlage der gelegten Solidaritätsbasis sowohl alle hilfreichen Informationen zu teilen – entgegen den Patent- / Profitinteressen der Industrie – als auch die je regional hilfreich eingesetzten komplementären Medizinformen (die auch von der WHO geschützt sind), ebenso offen zu dokumentieren und zu erforschen. Damit wären alle Möglichkeiten zu Hilfe und zu Selbsthilfe für die Menschen zugänglich geworden. Dies wäre das Vorgehen im demokratischen Geist gewesen, diesen hatte jedoch weder die EU, noch die USA, noch auch andere Mächte wie Russland und China!

Potenziale nicht ausgeschöpft
Ein paar Monate lang hatten die Menschen auch noch diese Erwartung: Als zum Beispiel eine Studie herausfand, dass der Astra Zeneca -Impfstoff bei Halbierung der Dosis noch bessere Ergebnisse erzielen könnte, wollten einige Menschen gerne mitmachen an weiteren Studien. Dies, da sich ja durch solche Ergebnisse mehrere positive Dynamiken hätten befeuern lassen:

– Es hätte die Möglichkeit die gegebenen Impfdosen noch doppelt mehr mit der Welt teilen zu können und so gemeinsam – unter Weglassen der Patente – die Pandemie in den Griff zu bekommen. Dies wäre ganz im Sinne der Solidaritäten, die die AIDS-Bewegung geschaffen hatte.

– Es hätte auch das Potenzial der Kombination / Kooperation mit den komplementärmedizinischen homöopathischen Mitteln eröffnet: Hier hätte zusammen geforscht werden können. Ist doch genau die Idee, dass die Dosis zu reduzieren heilsam bzw. weniger giftig sei, der Ursprungsgedanke der Homöopathie. Mit einem solchen Ansatz wäre man in Indien vielfach auf sehr offene Ohren gestoßen, wird dort die Homöopathie doch an den Universitäten gelehrt und kann sich so auf eine pluralistische Medizinforschung berufen.

– Und man hätte damit das Terrain nicht den rechten Querdenker-Ideologen überlassen (,die schon
vor Corona die Impfkritik als ein biologistisch besetzbares soziales Thema für ihre strategische Unterwanderung ausgespäht hatten und im Herbst vor Corona in Berlin auf einer Demonstration angekündigt hatten, es für sich zu nutzen) .

Leider aber war das beherrschende Moment vor allem Konkurrenz, und so hörte man von dem Projekt nichts mehr. Die dominierende Konkurrenz fußte auf nicht pluralistisch-demokratischen Entscheidungen, sondern auf technokratischem und auf die Industrie bezogenem Regierungshandeln, was mehrere Gründe hatte. Ob es anders gegangen wäre? Leider verbreitete dieses Vorgehen mehr Vorurteile durch einseitige Verzerrungen: Entgegen landläufigen Vorstellungen sind zum Beispiel Homöopathen nicht grundsätzlich gegen Impfungen. Der Begründer der Homöopathie, Samuel Hahnemann, war nicht gegen Impfungen, er hatte sich sogar dafür ausgesprochen, wenn richtig angewandt. Er war sogar als Vertreter der Homöopathie der Ansicht, dass Erreger Infektionen erzeugen und war damit seiner damaligen schulmedizinischen Kollegenschaft voraus. Diese wollten damals nichts von Erregern wissen, sondern nur vom Aderlassen.

Verschiedene Dimensionen von Biodiversität in Aktion für Gesundheit von Erde und Menschen

Aber es gibt viele verschiedene traditionelle, alternative oder auch komplementäre Medizinsysteme,

die durch die WHO geschützt sind. In Indien und anderen Länder sind manche dieser Medizinsysteme staatlich anerkannt sind und werden dort erforscht. Dies ermöglichte zum Beispiel während der Corona-Pandemie in einem Krankenhaus nahe Delhi die Durchführung einer sehr erfolgreichen Feldstudie mit staatlichen Mitteln über die Behandlung der Pandemie an vielen hundert Akutfällen mit angezeigten homöopathischen Mitteln. Das Video von dieser Studie bei uns zu zeigen war leider in der Folge nicht denkbar, weil das hiesige Klima durch die Aktivitäten der nach Rechts offenen Querdenker sich selbst in nicht ernst zu nehmende Gesellschaft begeben hatten. Die Rechten Affekte, verzahnt mit der neoliberalen technokratischen Fixierung auf eine Lösung für alle blockierten die Dynamik.

In der Homöopathie heißt es, dass Epidemien akute Erkrankungen sind, die latente (=chronische) unter der Oberfläche verdrängte Leidensaspekte an die Oberfläche bringen, damit diese idealerweise mit aufgeklärt und so bewusst und ausgeheilt werden können. Es war wohl bei uns immer noch viel latente NS-Geschichte mit hoch gekommen, die auszuscheiden dringend nötig ist?
Auch ist leicht erkennbar, dass wir eine global-solidarische Haltung, wie sie zur Aussetzung der Patente auf AIDS-Medikamente führte, ja auch dringend bräuchten, um zusammen die Klimakatastrophe und die tödliche Biodiversitätskrise erfolgreich zu überwinden. Dies umso mehr da letztere uns ja möglicherweise neue Virus-Pandemien erleiden lassen wird, denen wir hoffentlich
solidarischer begegnen werden!

Backlash global überwinden statt sich gegeneinander, gegen die Erde, gegen die Natur und gegen die Armen in der Zerstörung der Lebensgrundlagen einzufinden!

Momentan erleben wir einen weltweiten, autoritär-patriarchalen, politischen Backlash, den wir sicher überwinden müssen, um zu überleben! Denn die Fehlleistungen während der Corona-Pandemie haben weltweit die Ungerechtigkeiten verschärft und Frauen besonders betroffen. Die letzthin verstorbene Sinéad O’Connor wies uns mit ihrem Auftritt bei Saturday Night Life sehr eindringlich auf die damals schon durch Papst Johannes Paul II begonnene päpstlichen Gegenaufklärungen hin sowie auf die autoritären, ideologischen, globalen Angriffe auf die damals erkämpften Fortschritte für Frauen- / +LGBT-Rechte sowie für Frauen- / +LGBT-Gesundheit. Und leider sollte sie Recht behalten: Die reaktionären Priester, die in allen Ländern während der Corona-Pandemie meinten, sie hätten die Macht, das Virus weg zu beten und damit die Todeszahlen in die Höhe trieben, sind die, die zumeist nun die reproduktiven Rechte der Frauen angreifen und LGBT bedrohen.
Wir hoffen sehr, dass beim ersten WHO-Gipfel über komplementäre und alternative Medizinsysteme nicht die autoritäre Seite der indischen Politik zum Tragen kommt, sondern der Geist, der half die AIDS-Pandemie solidarisch als Menschheit anzugehen, und der damit eventuell auch mit dazu beitrug, dass das Corona-Virus in einem mit AIDS-Medikamenten behandelten Menschen zur harmloseren Omikron-Variante mutierte, die uns das bisherige Abklingen dieser Pandemie brachte.

New movement for wholistic and social just public health care for all !

Signs the global Petition : or question it , we need a new left& wholistic health movement!

WHO wants to “regulate” alternative medizcnes till 2025: if this will bring too much staately regulation thus hindering now existing ways of public health care from the base or by naturopaths must be observed & if so fought against.

this could on one side take on the demands of the Ottawa Charta for suffcient public health care for all as a human right before profit interests, on the other side the interests of corporations are strogly acting on state representants and WHO making it a thread that those interests for a market dominated helth care system worldwide may overpower the process. We see how our health care system is devastated by neoliberal and austerity politics. During Corona we saw concurrence and profit oriented narrowing: engaged practioners continued to struggle for wholitic public health for all! contexts for a new left public health movementthat is very much needet !

When the pandemia of AIDS was discovered, the first reaction was a repressive wawe, that adressed the fears of normal people and thought that with exclusion and suppression anything somehow “healthy” could be acted out. Up to fantasia of camps for closing in infected of the „gay pest“ (reflexes of manslaughter..) were presented, what reactionary politicians tend to think of as „security. It reminded more of the fear-to-hate mechanics of totalitarian ideologes in NS time than of democratic ways by reason, science and competence of the actors. Thanksfully there was then still a left and antifascist public health movement, that had the crimes of the NS medicine in view. Together with the womens health and the LGBT movement this brought about the following enlightenment and the intelligent measures to establish secure ways to handle the risks of infection.

Health is not a commodity !

With this the world saw then a democratic resistance movement that touched hearts and brains: a smart enlightening and diverse social movement of LGBT & multiple allies from science made quasi antifa politics reaching even into the conservative circles (Rita Süßmut). The world also saw a movement of global- solidarity: It was fuelled by the global movements for humanrights for LGBT, that had come on with the act up movement, but didnt stop at this. Essencialy this was a movement that succeeded to wake up the international solidarity of humanity against a very frightening and longtime deadly pandemia, but also against the coercion by market compulsions, sothat the solidarity between north and south enabled to put of the patents for AIDS medication .The healing power of the movement was socialy and politicaly just this:make sure that everywhere on earth people could get the medicines needed to survive with the Virus! It was a truly humankindly attitude, that also helped to finish up with Apartheit in South Africa. Its sad that it was not possible to follow up with this successfull perspective vis a vis the Corona pandemia, wich would have been very much needed then.

From the perspective of solidarity confronting Corona it would have been clear, that a human species should gather all there is to counter together the deadly pandemia, instead of letting imperial powerplay and compulsions of market concurrence subdue our humanity!

On a base of solidarity all helpfull informations would have been shared and used on the contrary to the profit oriented ideas of patenting alltogether. In such a way also all used complementary medicines around the world (practised by WHO protected medical systems ) found helpfull could have also been openly documented, studied and shared to make all possibillities for help and selfhelp accessible to people. This would have been acting in the spirit of democracy, but then nobody hat it, not the EU, nor the USA, China or Russia !

Potencials not used.

In the first few mounths of the pandemia people still thought that they had the right to expect this to happen: As e.g a study found, that the european vaccine Comirnati from Astra Zeneca brought better results when the dose was reduced to the half* then many people wanted to be part of this study. This because it could have enabled different possitive potencial dynamics to be fuelled :

– There would have been the potecial to have the double of vaccine doses to share with the world to fight the pandemia together, more so without patenting on the spirit of the solidarity that the AIDS movement had realised. And

– That could have opened the Pptencial of the combinative/cooperation with the complementärmed. homöopathic remedies* :it could have been studied together as the idea of reducing the dose to improve the healing and reducet he poisoning effects is at the root of homeopathy. With such an outlook researchers would have found many open ears in India, where Homeopathy is tought in universities and can relyon a pluralistic medical research culture. It was also realised in staately payed preaventive and curative studies use of heomeopathica against C19.

– This way would have prevented the populist rightwingers ideologues ( Querdencker in German) to make too much use of this discoursive terrain! (In Germany they allready took on to strategicely occupy the critique on vaccination rules as a social issue they could infuse with their biologist- racist ideas even before the start of Corona. In the autumns befoe thepandemia they told openly to do this (against left movements) on a demonstration in Berlin .

But sadly the ruling momentum was concurrence and thus nothing more was heared of this study project*. The domineering concurrence was not based on pluralistic-democratic decisions, but on compulsions to dominance of the markets + technokratic-Industry related acting of the governements.This enforced the spreading of prejudices and iraneous exagerations: Contrary to widespread prejudice par exemple it is not true that homöopaths are generaly against vaccinations. True is: the founder of heoeopathy S. Hahnemann was not against vaccinations, he even spoke for them, if rightly practised. As representant of heoeopathy he propagated the idea that germs are the causes for infectuous diseaeses like epidemia. He was ahead of his schoolmed.collegues, as this was then not yet established: In this he was opposed to the medical school of the time. The ruling schoolmedical doctors didnt want to hear it, they wanted to go on and led blood and follow their theories of body juices.

Different dimensions of biodiversity in action for health of earth and humans.

But there are many different traditional, alternative or complementary medical systems that are all protected by the WHO: and India other countries those are even staately furthered and researched. This made it possible that staately subsidised studies where done in an hospital near New Delhi about their successfull treatment of C19in the heights of the Pandemia of several hundred patients dayly. To show the video of this study in practise here was not possible, as the climate here was poisoned by the activities of rightwing populists that had highjacked the protests and the governements was on a one way thinking for their industry politics leaving no way for reasonable solution oriented diversity thinking: The rightist affects where closely intertwined with the governing neoliberal technocratic fixation to one solution for all.

In homeoepathy it is sayd that epidemia are akute dynamics that bring up latent parts of suffering that have become unconsciuos in the chronic state, their coming up might be a chance to make them conscious to idealy overcome them.

It might well be that there was still a lotof latent-chonic fascist ill that Corona brought up, so that we can overcome it to survive on earth ?

It is very well perceivable, that we do need a globaly solidarity attitude -as led to the canceling of the patents for AIDS medication – also urgently to successfully meet the challenges of the climate catastrophe and the deadly crisis of biodiversity on earth that enables us to live on earth in the future too! More so, as this latest challenge might very soon present us with new viral Pandemia, that we need to confront in a more solidar way !

B overcoming the global totalitarian backlash: instead og fighting each other, fight nature, fight the poor and getting used = accepting racism, sexism, chauvinism and destruction !

Actualy we see lots of autoritarian-patriarchal politic Backlash that we shurely need to overcome for surviving! The mistakes in managing Corona have brought worldwide a sharpening of injustices weltweit and women & LGBT are especialy touched by this sharpening.Howfar a solidar handling of the pandemia would have created an atmosphere that would have prevented the war we live in is not to know. What we can say is : the reactionary priests of all religions in many countries who sayd in the Corona pandemia,that they had the power to pray away the virus thereby making the deathrates explode,are the same that now attack the reproductive rights of women and the humanrights of women and LGBT people. Sinéad O Connor had given us a prophetic hint with her performance at Saturday Night Life: pointing to the counter enlightenment started by pope Paul II then ( as he was against condoms in the hight of the AIDS deadly phase) it was the beginning of the autoritarian ideological global attack on solidarity & reason, then it was an attack of the then fought through progresses for womens & LGBT rights aswell as womens/LGBT health:its so saf, but she has proved to be right with her outcry then!

We hope very much, that on the first WHO summit for complementary &alternative medical systems, we may not see the autoritarian side of indischian politics working, but the spirit coming up again, that helped us in managing the AIDS pandemia in more solidar ways as humanity: and that eventualy also helped that the Corona Virus might have mutated to the Omicron form maybe in a body with AIDS treated with the AIDS medication…thus bringing the broad relief into the pandemia by becoming much more gentle incomparison thus halting for now the course of the pandemia.
